
A Note to Our Customers: We’re Still Coming — Even if the World Has Other Plans
Dear TESUP family,
If you're reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve ordered one of our wind turbines and are now wondering where it is. That’s completely understandable. And you deserve a clear and honest explanation.
So here it is, directly from us to you.
Well… The World Didn’t Exactly Cooperate
We’ll start with a small admission: we also expected everything to go according to plan. It didn’t.
Over the past year, global trade has become more complex in ways that have affected supply chains across many industries. For us, this has had very real and specific impacts.
Our turbines rely on N42 super magnets—high-performance components made from rare earth materials. These materials are largely sourced through Chinese supply chains, and recent geopolitical tensions between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping have made access to them more difficult and less predictable.
At the same time, aluminum—essential for our turbine structures—has become harder to source consistently. And copper, which is critical for motor production, has also seen its price rise significantly, nearly doubling in a relatively short period.
These challenges don’t stop production, but they do slow things down and make planning less certain than we would like.

Shipping has added another layer of complexity.
Important routes such as the Strait of Hormuz have experienced disruptions, leading to congestion at ports and longer transit times. Even when a turbine leaves our facility on schedule, it can still face delays during transport.
We understand how frustrating that can be.
So Yes — There Have Been Delays
We want to be open about this: some deliveries have taken longer than expected.
Not dramatically, and not indefinitely—but enough to be noticeable. And we know that matters.
You placed your order based on the timeline we shared, and we take that responsibility seriously.
What We’re Doing About It
Despite rising costs in materials and logistics, we have made a conscious effort not to pass the full impact onto our customers.
It would be easy—and in some cases understandable—to increase prices significantly. But that would place the burden directly on you, and we are doing our best to avoid that.
Instead, we are absorbing costs where possible, improving our sourcing strategies, and strengthening our logistics processes. Our goal is to keep things moving while maintaining fairness and reliability.
Still Worth It
The transition to clean energy has never been simple. Materials, logistics, and global dynamics are all interconnected in ways that can be unpredictable.
But one thing has not changed: the direction we are moving in.
Every turbine delivered is a step toward cleaner, more independent energy. And every customer who chooses this path is part of that progress.
Your patience genuinely means something to us. Not as a talking point — as a fact. You chose clean energy when it would have been easier not to. We’re committed to making sure that choice pays off.
