White powder-coated TESUP Atlas body panels and back covers hanging on hooks after coating

The first Atlas parts in 2027 White have come off our powder-coating line. Here they are, still hanging from their hooks.

2027 White is the new finish for the TESUP Atlas. It covers the sheet-metal panels of the Atlas body and the back cover: the face where the cables come in and go out, and where the digital screen sits.

Fresh from the booth

Every panel hangs from its own hook, so the powder can reach each edge, bend and hole.

The face with the screen

The back cover in 2027 White: the window for the digital screen, and the openings for the cables in and out.

The rectangular window holds the digital screen, and the round openings around it are for the cables in and out. Against the white, the dark screen stands out clearly.

Why powder coating

Powder coating goes on as a dry powder and is then baked in an oven, where it melts into one hard, even layer. There are no drips, and the coat stays even over edges and bends.

We do this in-house. Read more about our new powder-coating line.

And if you wonder how a powder-coated finish holds up outdoors, see our Atlas that has been outside for five years with the paint still looking new.

Why "2027 White"

We simply call the new colour 2027 White: a clean, soft white that sits quietly on a roof, in a garden or against a white wall.
