Shipping policy

The company (TESUP) is responsible for the door delivery. Your order will be delivered to your door-step. We proudly manufacture the world's most advanced household wind turbines and flexible solar panels. Each TESUP product is Made to Order — Built Specifically for You. We engineer every turbine from over 500 precision-manufactured components and hand-build it to your specifications, including custom IoT software personalised with your name. We promise to deliver your order as early as possible once your product is manufactured and your details are written into its PCB (the IoT brain of the device). Shipping is fully included. You will receive an email when your product is dispatched, along with a video of its final quality check, and we will keep you informed throughout the build process. We will notify you by an email once the box is shipped or if your order is not available in the warehouse stock to be dispatched within this timescale. If the products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to provide information about the expected waiting time for shipping once they are back in stock.
