Once loaded, each pipe undergoes a computer-guided precision cut based on the specific length and tolerance required for different TESUP products, such as our Atlas and Magnum wind turbines.
Unlike conventional fabrication, TESUP’s manufacturing process includes in-line measurements, angle checks, and real-time monitoring, reducing material waste and increasing structural integrity. By ensuring that each cut is uniform, we eliminate alignment issues and minimize vibration when these parts are assembled into turbines or solar frames.
