A laser cutter bed with TESUP Atlas cover panels cut from one sheet, a finished dark grey Atlas face panel, and TESUP cartons loaded in a van

Every Atlas starts as a flat sheet on our laser cutter. A few steps later it leaves in a TESUP carton. Here is that journey in pictures.

Cut from one sheet

Atlas cover panels, nested side by side on one sheet.

The laser cuts the Atlas covers out of a single sheet, nested side by side so as little as possible is wasted. You can already pick out the back covers by their window for the screen and the row of round openings next to it.

The face with the screen

Two finished Atlas face panels held over the laser cutter: one in dark grey with printed TESUP markings, one in 2027 White

Once it is bent and coated, the back cover becomes the face of the Atlas. On the dark grey version you can see the printing: the TESUP logo, the inputs for wind and solar, the outputs to an inverter or battery, the sensor socket and the MyTESUP connection.

The same panel also comes in 2027 White, our new finish for the Atlas.

Packed and on its way

Shrink-wrapped TESUP cartons, each with a serial-number label, loaded in the back of a van

Finished parts go into TESUP cartons, each with its own serial-number label and QR code. The cartons are wrapped, loaded, and on their way to their new owners.
