Shipping policy

The company (TESUP) is responsible for the door delivery. Your order will be delivered to your door-step. Due to the overwhelming demand for our cutting-edge products and the meticulous craftsmanship involved in their production, we strive to deliver your goods within 3 to 4 weeks. We will notify you by an email once the box is shipped or if your order is not available in the warehouse stock to be dispatched within this timescale. If the products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to provide information about the expected waiting time for shipping once they are back in stock.
